Ready to step into the spotlight and rule the catwalk?
There are two separate catwalks that you can join by yourself or as a group. You need to sign up to participate in either one of them and the spots fill up very fast! Both cosplays, OC (original character) costumes and fashion looks are welcome to join in on the fun!
So what is the difference between the two catwalks, you may ask? Read on to learn more about them.
Cosplay Catwalk:

The Cosplay Catwalk
Catwalk always brings so much creativity and fun to a convention!
The Magicon Catwalk, is just as the name sounds, a classic Catwalk where you get to show off your costume and character on stage in front of an audience for fun. This post will not be judged, so the pressure is off and have fun!
And yes, OC designs, original characters, alternative fashion styles and all kinds of creative creations are absolutely welcome to join the Catwalk. If you have something cool to show off, this is your moment.
Rules and Criteria
When:
On Saturday we will host a Catwalk on the Main Stage at 16:00!
When and where to meetup will be in the application form.
How to sign up:
You can sign up for the Catwalk at the Info-stand when you enter the convention on Saturday. We can room 40 participants/groups.
How does the catwalk work:
You will have 30 seconds on stage to show off your character, costume or style. If you participate in a group, you still have only 30 seconds per act. Remember to use the stage well, the audience wants to see you!
Magicon will play the music for the Catwalk.
Remember to keep your stage performance pg13!
NB! Please be aware that we are under the obligation to protect the wooden stage floor at Oslo Konserthus. Therefore following is prohibited in all stage activities:
- Dragging of props or costume elements that could leave marks.
- Un-padded hard components (on handheld or stage props or costume) making contact with the stage floor.
Participation:
Number of participants allowed in one group is 1 to 6.

The Catwalk Competition is for those of you who not only want to shine on stage – but also compete at the same time! Get ready to showcase your skills, show off your character or fashion look on stage and at the same time get the chance to impress our amazing judges.
Just like the regular Catwalk, OC designs, original characters, alternative fashion and other unique creations are warmly welcomed in the Catwalk Competition. Whether you represent a known character or a world of your own, you are invited to take the stage!
Participants must provide these details in the sign-up form:
Your name/names
Character name and source

The Sign-up has been published on our webpage June 7th 2026.
There will be 45 spots in The Catwalk Competition.
